My daughter and I undertook a road trip from the Lake Gaston, VA, area to Asheville in North Carolina. This was to be our first stop on our trip.We spent a night there, then visited the Asheville Arboretum which was hosting an exhibition of Lego sculptures by artist Sean Kenney. Although it was winter, it was great to spend some time outdoors. The weather was acceptably warm for a December day, and we made the most of our brief time there.
This was one of my favorites, a hummingbird, an engineering feat of some skill!
