I am not here
I am not there
I am not anywhere
I see you now
You see me here
Can you feel smell of snow
As it lashes against the sky
And watch the fleeting sleet as if hammers down below
To form an ice shell that covers all the ground
Have you seen my shattered self that lies beneath the ground
Have you felt my bitter pain you gave up upon the greater pleasure as I lie here all alone
Take my hand and lead me to the once green promised land
and I will
Take you by the hand and show you where you fell
When Moses said he would
Part the path that led instead to a greater Promised Land?
Was it really so great, so wide, that newly parted path
Or did you see that, once you knew: he was talking shit instead?
There is no peace not change or fame when you tread the path of shame
Give instead your mighty self and see the Greater Self
And don’t think you have the answer
for the silence once so grand
Is only silence in your head when your voice is asleep or dead
And your soul will fly the great Blue Sky and shine into the sun
for you think that your being will live on and on
but you know that you are wrong
you are nothing
you are not here you are not anywhere
you are an imaginary something in the mind of a Greater One
